FastBags is a digitally native grocery delivery service. Shop our online aisles from the comfort of your own home. Once you’re ready, proceed to check out and schedule a time for delivery. Order by 5pm, and FastBags guarantees same-day delivery!

How does FastBags work?

It’s simple - just browse the items we have on our website and checkout when you’re done. We’ll go to a store and pick out your items and hand deliver them to your door. Order by 5pm, and FastBags guarantees same-day delivery!

How can I return items?

Go to the FastBags Customer Service Desk and submit a return request. Tell us what you want to return and your order number and we’ll coordinate where we can pick them up with you. 


If it looks like it’s about to rain / snow, please leave them underneath a covered canopy and attach an image of where they are.


We currently do not accept returns for fresh produce or refrigerated items.

How can I cancel an order?

Go to the FastBags Customer Service Desk and submit a cancellation request. Tell us why you want to cancel and your order number.


If we aren’t already on our way, we will cancel the order and refund you.

What happens if you can’t find an item I ordered?

At FastBags, we aim to be the fastest way to get groceries to your door. If we don’t find an item that you ordered at our fulfillment centers, we will start by making a Suitable Substitution™.


A Suitable Substitution™ is a substitute item that is equivalent or better than your ordered item. For instance, we’ll get you a bigger pack size, a slightly different variation of item, or a more well-known brand.


We will NEVER substitute a canned or frozen item for a fresh item, or vice versa. If there’s an item you wouldn’t want us to substitute, let us know in the Comments section of your order.


If the item and all Suitable Substitutions™ are unavailable, we will refund the item.
